It's crucial for a company to treat their employees with respect and dignity and even more important to have integrity with those same employees. Happy employees means happy customers and vice versa. Even better, with Proactive treating their employees well, that means us customers get treated well too IT issues are awful but what's not awful? The awesome people at Proactive. Julian, Mike, Mark, Mitch, Jacob, Scott, Cody, Jen, Sophia, Sydney, and everyone else on the team over there is so easy and so friendly to work with.  Honestly, there's so many good people there that it's hard to remember every single name but it doesn't matter because once you have your primary, they know your stuff and if they're unavailable for any reason, there's more excellent people who can help .I swear there's nothing they can't do whether it's being cool headed in an emergency when we're over-reacting and panicked, just listening to us ramble about whatever boring work things we have going on, or getting us into the modern age after having 10 year old equipment our old IT firm left us on. Glad we switched to Proactive when we did. I know the managers are too! I am happy every time one of the guy's (or gal's) come out to visit or are on the phone but also happy when never see them since not having IT needing to fix stuff all the time is a good problem to have and their watchful eyes keeps it going. I’ve worked with many IT companies over the years, but I’ve never worked with one that’s this personable and reliable. Whenever an issue comes up, rare as that is, I receive a response and a solution within 24–48 hours. Most of the time, we don’t even need to check in because they’re already on top of everything for our office. I gave them 5 stars, but if there were an option for 10, I’d give it without hesitation. I am an employee at Proactive, so make of that what you will! I've worked here for a few years now and have been blown away by how employee focused it is. The internal culture fosters growth and comradery more than any other tech job I've had. In turn, clients are afforded more positive interactions and productive support, without the deceptive tactics that so many MSPs use. I've worked for two other MSPs in lower Michigan, and they each left me, and other employees, feeling morally conflicted with how business was being done. Proactive is an awesome tech support company! Our company has used them for several years and they are always able to get us situated quickly. Julian is our main support and he is always friendly, patient and prompt on getting us up and running. If he’s not available, their phone support is  great for helping me out.
